1°- Equilibrium/Equilibrio:
it is a state or condition where economic forces are in balance because there are no external influences.
2-°Market clearing price/ Precio de compensación del mercado:
 is the price of a good or service at which quantity supplied is equal to quantity demanded, also called the equilibrium price. The theory claims that markets tend to move toward this price.
3-° Below/Abajo:
 Towards a place or bottom.
4-°Above/Encima:
 is in a position higher than another that is taken as and referenced in its same vertical; there may be contact or there may not be.
5-°Imbalance/Desequilibrio:
 refers to misalignment in certain parameters that keep balance in a system.

6-°Current/Corriente: The term refers to the current state of the economy of a nation, region, or the word.
7-°Restored/Restaurado: Is the economic activity associated with regenerative land use, such as ecological restoration activities.
8-°Cutting prices/Reducción de precios: Refers to measures implemented by a company to reduce its expenses and improve profitability
9-°Attains/Alcanzar: Refers at the goals economic wants to get 
10- ° Led / LED: Acronym of the English expression light-emitting diode, ‘light emitting diode’, which is a type of diode used in computers, numerical panels (in digital clocks, pocket calculators ...), etc.
11- Leadership / Liderazgo : defines an influence that is exerted on people and that allows them to be encouraged to work in an organized way.
12- Set / Conjunto : is what is attached, contiguous or incorporated into something else, or that is mixed, combined
13- ° Price ceilings / Precio máximo : price set by the government below the market equilibrium point and which in theory tends to correct that situation, benefiting consumers; arises from political considerations regarding the inadequacy of said price.
14- ° Price floors / Precio piso : But “the price of apartments” can also refer to the quantity that sellers ask for their apartment, regardless of whether they sell it or not and the distance that separates them from the best offer They have received, a third definition is the price that appraisal companies estimate a floor is worth.
15-° Shortages/Carencia: a state or situation in which something needed cannot be obtained in sufficient amounts.
16-° Surplus/ Excedente: something that remains above what is used or needed. An amount, quantity, etc., greater than needed.
17-° Improving/ Aumento: achieve or produce something better than.
18-° Minimum wage/ Salario minimo: the lowest wage permitted by law or by a special agreement (such as one with a labor union).
19-° Track/Via: The quick way to talk about how any economy is doing is in terms of “growth”. It is  the course along which something moves or progresses
